At Rainier Place, we de-stress student housing. Every unit is fully furnished, protected by key card access, and a hallway’s walk away from a study lounge. You won’t have (or want) to leave home with on-site laundry, game and media spaces, and a full kitchen (including dishwasher). Parking for cars and bikes alike make life simple, like it should be.

We’re move-in ready with furnished apartments. Bedrooms have all the essentials, but you’ll have to bring your own cactuses to overwater. Living rooms are movie night ready from couch to coffee table. BYOP, though.

All apartments have full kitchens, so there’s actually space for food in the fridge. It’s big enough to hold all your leftovers, your comfort foods, and the essentials!
