Fill out a Rainier Place Application online.

Once your application has been approved by EC and forwarded to the Rainier Place Leasing Office we will contact you to finalize your housing placement.

If you are eligible, The Rainier Place Leasing Office will contact you or your group representative to invite you to sign your lease. You will need to pay a refundable security deposit upon move in. An additional non-refundable administration fee will be collected on your move in date.
